Montezuma Partners, LLC formed a partnership to manage real estate that would have an impact on positive community development. Interest in creating an interactive downtown in Cortez is the present project with an expanded ballroom dance studio, yoga, health and welless, arts and crafts stores blending with existing retail and office space.  We enjoy working with local government and organizations to keep downtown a center of community life. 

Montezuma Partners, LLC has a few professional commercial spaces available in Central Downtown in the Wilson Building and the Mildred Medical Buildings next to Southwestern Medical Center.  Spaces vary in size from 200 to 2500 square feet.
