Mission: The Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce a member-based organization that works to build an environment conducive to business success for members and the community.
The Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce, established in 1938, has been, and continues to be a strong leader in the development of the community. Members include not only businesses, but also nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, and individuals who want to participate in forging a better future.
The mission is carried out on two fronts:
- Direct benefits for members
- Addressing pressing needs to create a better community
