Check it OUT!  Get better visibility for your business on the website!

As a member benefit (included with your membership dues), we have always put your business name, contact info, brief description and link on an appropriate business web page if you desired, listed alphabetically.  So start by finding your business on the site and checking the listing – if we have anything wrong, just let us know and we’ll fix that – no cost.

Now, if you already have an internet presence for your business, we now have the ability to add paid ad links.  Get your business highlighted in the top right section with a graphic ad and link – on a first come/first serve basis.  You get premier placement and graphic visibility for your business on a page that already represents your kind of operation.  Site visitors are already interested in your category of business or they wouldn’t have clicked on the link to display that page.

This will be great for all those businesses that start with “Z”.  Joking aside, for those of us that believe in the power of internet advertising, this is an important addition for local visibility.  Every business is different, but it is probably not too much of a stretch to say that you could have a visible, preferred location on our site FOR A YEAR for the cost of one or two sales, even less if you want to try the 6 month option.

Pick your preferred page (or two), pick the size of your desired ad (see below), create your artwork (or contact us for help), and let us get you on the page.  (And if you don’t have internet presence, e.g. a web page, there are many low cost or free options to fix that.  Contact us  and one of our members will help you get started with that too.) 

Rules for advertising on www.CortezChamber.com:

·         Ads will appear on the right of pages – members can pick which page(s) they want to be on – except the home page which is reserved for Gold Sponsors

·         (see Visitors Info – Arts and Writers for sample sizes)

·         Chamber membership is required

·         Ads will be first come/first serve in order of appearance, but all $10 ads above all $5 ads which will be above all icon ads.

·         Each owner is responsible for creating their own graphics – we can help if needed

·         All ads are subject to approval from the Chamber office before putting on the site – inflammatory or inappropriate content/links will not be allowed.

·         Price for ads:

·         $10/month (billed $60 for six months or $110 for 12 – one month free) gets 310Hx155W pixel graphic and text name (both linked) and highest position on the column

·         $5/month (billed $30 for six months or $55 for 12 – one month free) gets 155Hx155W pixel graphic and text name (both linked) below the $10 ads

·         $30 per year would a 50Hx50W icon and text link (no 6 month option)

·         Same ad on a second page for half price – max of two allowed
