We believe it is crucial to celebrate the efforts and successes of our members and community and do this through ribbon cuttings, groundbreaking ceremonies and "ambush recognitions" where we surprise a deserving business with goodies and a thank you for all that they do for our community. 

The annual Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce Gala is one of Cortez’s most established traditions. The event brings an esteemed group of community members together for one night to appreciate and celebrate with the outstanding businesses or individuals who are making a significant impact on our lives. Each year offers a different theme and awards and it is always a special evening for all.
